We have some great friends, the Udouj's, who we have known since before Drew and I even knew each other.
Drew had to pick up some plants near where they live, so all the girls (including Betty, the bernina) piled into the truck and off we went to Greenville.
Drew and I consider it a blessing that the four of us get along as well as we do. Not necessarily that anyone of us is harder to get along with than the rest, we just know that its not that often is it that four different personalities can mesh well. And out of that group, I would probably be the one that would be the hardest for the others to get along with. I digress as well as insult myself.

Rosie and I spent a fair amount of time sewing, and now, SP and Ellie have matching shirts.Which, by the way, are featured at Jack n Jill.
We also made five Christmas stockings for all of their family.
Of course, I didnt take any pictures of them. But none the less its always great to sew with friends.
We also went to some great local restaurants.
LOVE me some Pita House or Hut. Who knows what its called, but give me some freaking falafel.
Ruby is trying to figure out how to crawl, so she spent a fair amount of time on the floor with Jillian, the youngest Udouj. They are 4 1/2 months apart. Ruby LOVED having a baby around. It was as if Jillian was a toy for Ruby to play with.I'm not really sure why they are naked, but it sure is cute.
I hope and pray that this friendship is a constant in our lives. I say that selfishly for many reasons, but for one main one. I know that I can have any conversation with Rosie, and I will always be told the truth. The truth about myself, about a situation, about my family. Not that others are aren't telling me the truth, I just consider it a blessing to have someone who knows me so well, and isn't afraid to love me well enough to tell me what I need to hear, and for that to be reciprocal. The good and the bad. Don't worry, Drew definitely tells me what I need to hear as well, but he loves me differently than a friend does.
I hope that I can be a friend to others as Rosie has been to me.
Bold and loving.
